Weekly demos on staging: the shell first, then catalogue, payments and integrations. Every task behind a feature flag. You can stop at any sprint boundary.

Launch & aftercare
Production migration, domain and SSL, backups and monitoring. Documentation, runbooks and admin-panel training. We stay for two warranty weeks, then move to maintenance if you want continuity.
